Are the Artis makeup brush dupes any good?

The strange Make-up brush that looks like a toothbrush

If you’re a fan of watching beauty YouTube videos you’ve probably seen the Artis Make-up brushes everyone’s been talking about. You know the ones that kind of look like a toothbrush or a spoon with a brush on the end!

The Artis brushes start at £25 but the whole set will set you back an eye-watering £280. I love make-up but even if my bank account allowed me i’d struggle to justify that price for some pretty brushes no matter how amazing they’re supposed to be.

Artis Brushes Dupe

So instead I did what every skint beauty addict does, I went to Google in search for a dupe. Turns out there’s hundreds on Amazon starting from just £1.

First thought? It’s so much easier to use, the long handle is really handy. It’s ridiculously quick to apply my foundation with this and it blends effortlessly (well minimal effort). The brush is amazing for blending contour, I’m hardly a Kardashian pro on contouring so i need all of the blending help I can get.

I usually use the real techniques brushes, who doesn’t? But for £1 this seems similar quality and easier to use. It’s fair to say i’m converted. I’m definitely going to put an order in for a few different sizes – I like the idea of one for blush and eyeshadow.

I kid. But I want one now. Especially a contouring one. If it exists. Gimme.
